Tim Brazell has been a familiar face at RDA Service Company for more than 25 years, serving as the company’s General Manager throughout his career with RDA. Over those three decades, Tim has gained extensive knowledge of the utility service industry while overseeing daily operations, working alongside employees and crews, and building long-standing relationships with customers and utility partners.


In June 2026, Tim began a new chapter with the company when he purchased RDA Service Company. After spending more than three decades helping operate the business, becoming an owner was a natural next step and gives RDA the benefit of leadership from someone who knows the company from the inside out.


Tim continues to bring the experience, relationships, and practical knowledge he has developed throughout his career to RDA’s future.


Outside of work, Tim enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Justin “Murdock” Miller is a businessman and contractor with a background in construction, project management, and business ownership. Murdock is also an owner of Rellim Contracting⁠, a construction company serving the Gulf Coast region.


In June 2026, Murdock partnered with longtime RDA General Manager Tim Brazell to purchase RDA Service Company. The partnership brings together Tim’s decades of experience within RDA and Murdock’s experience in construction and business ownership as they lead the company into its next chapter.


Murdock is focused on building upon the foundation RDA has established since 1985 while continuing to strengthen and expand the company’s utility, construction, substation, and residential tree service capabilities.


Outside of work, Murdock enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
